The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Could not.check on us enough to ensure our stay was excellent. Check in, check out , housekeeping, breakfast attendant, every single person had a smile and kind words. Queen bed suite was fantastic. Stayed at a more expensive resort the next night, and regretted changing accommodations.

Super clean, cool room. Very comfortable. On the 4th floor. As requested....thank you. The grounds were immaculate. Staff great bathroom was wonderful. Bed very comfortable....actually a perfect stay, ..visit. We WILL be back in November....

I love when I walked into my room, the TV had "welcome Chandra", which impressed me. But it was clean, smelled good, clean sheets, the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. The best customer service I experienced in a long time. The lobby was clean and breakfast was awesome. Every time I come to Brownwood this will be where I'm staying.

Was our first time staying there.. We were in town for a family reunion. The event venue was very close so the hotel was convenient. The room was very spacious and clean...The staff was very friendly and courteous

came for softball tournament The breakfast was hot and ready for the early morning games!!! this was so wonderful!! was able to feed the children a good breakfast and not have to look for some place!

Breakfast was good but what really made it for my family was the care we received from the staff. I believe Mikel runs the Breakfast he was very friendly and hospitable.
